Application
This unit of competency involves the skills and knowledge required to manage and evaluate projects. The unit is applicable to any personnel undertaking a project management role. This includes management of small and short term projects as well as roles with a specific project management focus. No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication. |
